FLOAT through any crisis!!

Life is notorious for throwing the unexpected curved ball on a regular basis – learn to deal with any crisis using the 5-step FLOAT technique!

  • Find your silent place – breathe deeply to access your sanctuary.

 

  • Let go of judgement – stop all evaluation and analysis.

 

  • Observe your thoughts – step out of yourself and merely watch these pass you by.

 

  • Awareness of your environment – use all five senses to become fully present.

 

  • Thankful for the experience – take it as a lesson learned with no anger or resentment.

 

From personal experience, I know that floating through life’s crises is the only way to survive them!

Remember, though, this 5-step technique may not come easily on initial use – it requires regular practice, real commitment and a rigorous belief in its power to gain the full benefits.

So, keep calm in your crisis everyone, and carry on enjoying the FLOAT!
