Step 1 – know yourself – how am I when I am my very ‘best’ self?
Step 2 – prepare for change – what change or transformation do I want in my life?
Step 3 – check out your beliefs – how can I best shape my beliefs so that they support me?
Step 4 – check out your values – what do I hold most dear?
Step 5 – work out what’s working – what can I use to build on this?
Step 6 – explore options – what possibilities for action can I come up with?
Step 7 – take action – what’s my plan and how can I show how enthusiastic I am?
Step 8 – notice the results – what went well and what can I improve on?
Step 9 – celebrate – what will put the light in my eyes and make my soul sing?
Then return to step 1 and continue the cycle, indefinitely, as part of your habit of lifelong learning!
